- Sprinkle salt and cilantro over cauliflower.
- Transfer cauliflower to a baking dish in a single layer to ensure they roast instead of steam.
- Bake for 25-35 minute, stirring every 10 minutes to distribute herbs and oil.
- The cauliflower is done when edges are browned.
