What Counts as Cardio?

"Cardio" is aerobic activity that gets you breathing harder and your heart beating faster. Walking quickly, dancing, jumping rope and biking all count if you do it for at least 10 minutes at a time. 

GET A MIX OF VIGOROUS AND MODERATE ACTIVITY

Vigorous activity includes jogging, bicycling 10 MPH or faster, jumping rope, and climbing stairs. 

Moderate exercise includes walking briskly, bicycling slower than 10 MPH, or gardening.
