Here are some helpful tips to keep kids interested in healthy food every day.

Healthful Tips

  • Make eating veggies a competition. Who can eat the most broccoli with their dinner?
  • Make drinking water fun! Have kids choose which fruits to add to their water at dinner. This will make drinking water with dinner more like a game and less like a chore. 
  • Create fruit artwork for dessert! Let your kids create a flower from raspberries and blueberries, or a banana strawberry sunrise. Seeing their creations will be part of the fun.
