Great Grape Dip Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) container lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons grape juice
  • 2 cups chopped or sliced fruit (such as nectarines, strawberries, or pears) 

Sweet Citrus Dip Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) container lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 cups chopped or sliced fruit (such as apples, bananas, or peaches)

Great Grape Dip Preparation 

  1. Combine yogurt and juice in a small bowl. Mix well.
  2. Serve fruit with dip. 

Sweet Citrus Dip Preparation 

  1. Combine yogurt, orange juice concentrate, lime juice, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Mix well.
  2. Serve fruit with dip.

One serving equals ½ cup fruit and ¼ cup dip.
