Berry-Blasted Water

For this recipe you can use store-bought frozen mixed berries OR freeze your own.

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries and blueberries)

  1. Collect and measure all ingredients before starting to prepare the recipe.
  2. Add all ingredients plus enough cold water to fill a 2-quart pitcher. Chill overnight in the refrigerator for the most flavor, and store in the refrigerator until ready to drink. The fruit will stay fresh in the water for up to 48 hours after being prepared.
  3. After you drink the water, you can eat the fruit or blend it into a smoothie.

Makes 8 servings - 1 cup per serving.

TIP: Create your own fruit ice. Put fruit slices in an ice cube tray, pour water on top and freeze for a quick and easy addition to water.
